Childcare space design is extremely complex due to regulations and other design factors that influence room layout, square footage, student capacity, natural light, and numerous other variables. We have employed experienced commercial real estate agents to source locations for your new Academy that will comply with the relevant requirements.
Once a location is confirmed, the Willowbrae Academy team designs the floor plan and space layout. Our commercial designer brings over 28 years of expertise in planning childcare layouts to create the ideal learning environment. In partnership with local architects, we optimize space design for operational efficiency and to maximize student ratios.
A key aspect of our pre-opening support is driving enrollment to ensure your franchise generates strong results. Willowbrae Academy delivers timely, engaging, and informative advertising that connects parents with our local Academies. We also provide advertising design templates, marketing plans, budgets, and online social media advertising for local outreach.
On an Academy-wide level, our objective is to drive traffic to our corporate website, where parents and guardians can find detailed information about our Willowbrae Academy mission and childcare program offerings. It is here where they can also make direct contact with a local Academy to request a tour.

We provide information and reports that include revenue, billing exceptions, salary averages, student counts, ratio efficiencies, and many other important metrics. This software system enables franchisees to manage by exception while still having the ability to ask timely questions as needed.

Willowbrae Academy’s hardware and software systems are fully cloud-managed, requiring minimal technical expertise from franchisees or Academy employees. Our help desk and technical team assist with training and any issues that employees and parents may encounter. The issue-tracking system we have in place accepts submissions via web form (from Braeview) or email; all submitted issues are logged, assigned to the appropriate technical expert, and tracked.
